Information on new Acts

As of yesterday, 6th April 2008, two new pieces of legislation came into force which may be of interest to the sector.
The Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007 comes into effect and we recommend all providers take note of this. You can find further information on www.hse.gov.uk. The other interesting piece of legislation is Third Party Sexual Harassment, again we recommed you have a look at how this might effect you and your employees.
